We will focus specifically on Connecticut’s racial profiling data, which records every traffic stop in the state. It is a comprehensive database that aims to diagnose where racial profiling may be happening. While the dataset has been used for a very particular purpose thus far, we believe it can be used to create useful tools or extract unexpected stories.
