Requests for Ada County court records not contained in a court case file must be submitted in writing to the Trial Court Administrator.

Ada County Clerk's Office Per Idaho code §31-3201 (Clerk's Fees), there is a $1.00 per page charge for records and a $1.00 per seal charge for certifications
